Learn the steps to protect your business ahead of a crisis, and how to recover critical functions in the aftermath

Date: 3rd October 2017

Running a successful company requires an understanding of how to serve customers, regardless of market conditions. When hit with a disaster or crisis, the ability to manage these risks by developing a business continuity strategy is key to the survival of any organization.

Unfortunately, not every company develops a continuity plan, as there are a number of misconceptions, such as “our people will know what to do in an emergency”, “we have insurance to cover our losses”, or “We don’t have time to develop a business continuity plan.”

Benefits of Attending:

  • Understand the key components of an effective business continuity plan
  • Understand how to protect your business ahead of disruption
  • Understand how to recover business critical functions in crisis situations
  • Learn how to constructively critique the level of BCP in your own organisation
  • Learn what to suggest and how to implement change
  • Improve internal processes by planning your own business continuity management system

All attendees will receive a full course pack to refer back to at any point, and will receive a CPD certificate at the end of the course, worth 5 Hours Structured CPD (if applicable).

Course content includes:
