This course will take you through the different stages involved in Strategic Planning, and will show key considerations in implementing, such as structure, role of management, analysis, and strategy formation. We will also show the relationship between risk and strategy, and will introduce you to the Balanced Scorecard system.
On leaving this 1-day CPD certified course, you should be able to understand the various components that make up a Strategic Plan, and you should understand the sequence of tasks when developing a Strategic Plan. You will also gain an understanding of the respective roles of management and Board in strategy.
