The importance of creating an effective tender document with the right criteria is critical for public sector organisations, to help minimise complications and challenges after the contract is awarded. This course will take you through the essential elements you need to include in tender documents, as well as the key do’s and don’ts. You will hear of a number of recent legal cases and important lessons learned. Equally, this course will give you key tips to use when awarding tenders; when it comes to debriefing unsuccessful bidders, get a step by step guide to help you through that challenging process.
