Learn the key steps in developing and maintaining a clear and structured communication plan in the event of a crisis
A crisis communications plan is a crucial component of any disaster plan, as it can act as a guideline to help you quickly contain the crisis and recover from its impact. Whether it’s a weather disaster, a highly publicised lawsuit or a bad product review, your reaction should be immediate, focused and emphatic. All businesses should have a crisis communication plan to ensure that accurate information is provided during an emergency to minimize problems caused by misleading communications.

You will be shown how to manage the media if applicable, and how to maintain clear and precise communication under pressure.
