It will explain their role and how to categorise them in terms of their power to impact on your programmes and projects. Stakeholder engagement is an essential part of the process, getting them on board and including them in the process of the project. The delegates will also learn the importance of creating a better working relationship with managers, handling remote stakeholders and the importance of a communication plan.
