This CPD certified course will show you the key principles of technical document creation and will explain how to make the task as simple as possible. It will also show you how to use tools and techniques to improve the quality and reduce the time you need to produce effective documents. It will cover structure, layout, writing style and appropriate use of writing aids, and will show common errors often made and how to avoid them. 

At the end of the course, attendees will be able to plan, design and structure reports in a more effective manner, as well as gaining a better understanding of the most appropriate layout and language. We will show you how to adopt a clear and concise writing style, and how to present information in a more reader-friendly format. Attendees will receive a full informative course pack to refer back to, and will gain 5 structured CPD hours.

Certification

On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your CMG MasterClass Certificate as well as your CPD Certificate containing 5 Structured CPD Hours. Please note certificates are issued at the close of the training course to participants who complete the full five hours.

Cost

This training course costs €375 EARLY-BIRD (Normal rate €495). The price includes course documentation and training pack, teas and coffee, snacks, biscuits, fruit on arrival. Lunch is a light fare containing freshly cut sandwiches, wraps, a selection of teas and coffee. Alternatively, you can avail of the local food stores and coffee shops within a one-minute radius of the training centre for hot food or alternative lunch options.
