Course Description

Many companies fail at implementing correct and thorough procedures for recording accidents and incidents in the workplace. Inconsistencies in recorded information and failure to report are problems that are frequently prevalent. This course is focused on the prevention of accidents and will cover the systems and policies to manage health and safety to minimise the potential for employer liability.

Throughout the course you will learn why accidents/incidents occur, and how to conduct investigations comprehensively and accurately. You will also learn how to develop a workplace safety code, the best approaches to managing claims, and also the requirements for recording incidents and writing reports. All attendees will get a chance to engage in an informative Q & A session, and will receive a highly informative course pack, and leave with 5 structured CPD Points.
