Course Description

If utilised correctly, the benefits of Microsoft Excel cannot be overstated. Due to the program’s capability of formatting data, performing calculations, analyzing data and integrating information, a working knowledge of Excel is vital for most office-based professionals today.

This advanced course guides participants through some of Excel’s Database features. Attendees will learn how to create both VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP to extract information from a list, as well as how to create a ‘Left Lookup’ using a combination of INDEX and MATCH functions. Delegates will also learn how to create PivotTables to facilitate the professional organisation, display and charting of data; and to generate ‘point and click’ Macros to automate multi-step processes.

All attendees will receive highly useful course notes to refer back to at any time and have a chance to engage in an informative Q & A on the day.

It is ESSENTIAL to have your own laptop /desktop with the minimum required software installed (Microsoft Excel 2013).

Who Should Attend?

This course would be ideal for those who have a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to use Excel at a more advanced level.

Ideally delegates should have completed the ‘Excel Intermediate' – Level 2 course.

On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance. Cost
