Course Description

This course will provide delegates who are not fully skilled in the area of facilities management, but may have the responsibility in their organisation to manage such issues on a daily basis. The course is designed to give delegates a core understanding of the role of a facilities manager and their role in their organisation. It will assist delegates with areas such as health and safety, building maintenance, risk management and communications between stakeholders.
