Course Description

The consequences of an unsuccessful bid can have serious implications for a business’s financial health. This in-depth one-day course addresses the topic from both the supplier and purchaser perspective, outlining the challenges associated with managing working relationships. This is especially so during the current climate with people working from home and trying to collaborate on drafting tenders. Brexit will also bring unknown challenges which will come to light over the coming months.  

During the day we will look at how to improve your ability to draft and submit a successful tender application. You will be given the knowledge and key skills for all aspects of tender management; including persuasive proposals, the evaluation process, the de-briefing process, post-tender negotiations and tender presentations with a look at the issues that remote working has brought and the problems that arrived with Brexit.
