Presenting evidence at an inquest can be a very daunting and stressful experience. Some feel they themselves are on trial rather than assisting the coroner. Knowledge of the witness’s specialist area of work may be tested and technical information need to be portrayed in a simple and concise manner.
This training course is designed to ensure delegates have the knowledge to give a truthful, confident and coherent account at a coroner’s court inquest. Delegates will undergo realistic questioning by an experienced tutor.

Who Should Attend?
This training day is relevant to Individuals who are or may be requested to give evidence at an inquest relating to a death or who may be required to support service users or others to do so.
On completion you will receive your CMG Masterclass Certificate as well as your CPD Certificate containing 5 Structured CPD Hours. Please note certificates are issued only at the close of the training course to participants who complete the full day.
This course costs €375 (Early-bird) normal rate is €475. Includes course documentation and light refreshments. While the course fee does not include lunch, we do provide freshly made sandwiches, coffee and a range of teas and fresh juice for those who require a light lunch. Alternatively you can avail of the local food stores and coffee shops opposite the training centre for hot food or alternative lunch options.
