GDPR – Subject Access Requests & The Right of Erasure

  • 5 CPD Hours Apex Building, Blackthorn Road Sandyford Business District D18 (map)

The right of data subjects to access their personal data is a right that has existed for many years. However, the GDPR introduced a few minor changes which have had a major impact and resulted in a significant increase in subject access requests. The GDPR also clarified the right of erasure.

This intensive one-day CPD course will offer expert insight and information on important issues when it comes to subject access requests and the right of erasure. We will show you how to effectively deal with requests for access and erasure with a step by step approach to dealing with these requests.

Our tutor Kate Colleary, is one of Ireland’s best regarded data protection lawyers, will answer any questions you might have relating to requests for access and erasure and how they apply to your organisation, ensuring that you learn specific, relevant information that you can put to use immediately, and help ensure that you remain compliant. You will also receive a full course pack to refer back to at any time.
