Learn to minimise the likelihood of employment claims against your business
Employment law is an ever-increasing complexity in Ireland with over 30 pieces of employment legislation. The need for organisations to comply with these laws are greater than ever as the level of claims, inspections and fines are increasing year on year.
One of the biggest failures within a company is the investigation process. This one day CPD course will provide an overview of employment law, will show you how to deal with an investigation into a grievance or disciplinary issue. We will show you how to critically review your existing policies and procedures, how to identify and handle bullying and harassment issues, and will show you crucial lessons learned from recent employment legal cases.
All attendees will get a chance to engage in an informative Q & A session, and will receive a highly informative course pack, and leave with 5 structured CPD Points.
