The role of the Assigned Certifier is more important than ever before under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations. Ensuring compliance with S.I. 9 while coordinating multiple stakeholders presents a complex mix of legal and practical challenges. The course will provide a comprehensive guide to the responsibilities, obligations and best practices for Assigned and Design Certifiers offering practical solutions to common pitfalls and strategies to reduce risk. This course assumes technical knowledge and is not an in depth look at the TGD’s parts A-M
