The construction industry is becoming increasingly formal and contractual, and it has never been more important for everyone involved in the industry to understand the risks, obligations and administration requirements contained in construction contracts.
This course will provide delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the legal jargon contained in the various types of contracts used in the construction industry and more importantly, what they mean for the day of administration of contracts on site. It will focus on industry specific issues and the principles that underpin contracts in the construction sector. It will also give delegates a relevant introduction to contract law and some guides to clear drafting.
All attendees will receive highly informative course notes to refer back to at any time.
