This course aims to equip construction professionals with the knowledge necessary to plan and manage developments whilst considering past site use, combined with environmental and other land use considerations.

The course will cover legislative requirements, land stripping, handling of excess soil and stone, identification of contaminated land and more. The undertaking of pre-construction site assessments will be covered in detail, and you will gain an opportunity to ask questions relevant to your own projects, and how to best approach key issues.
