The Public Service Capability Framework provides a practical structure for developing people, strengthening leadership and building organisational capability across the public sector.
This one-day training course will help attendees understand the framework, explore the four capability pillars and learn how the framework can be used to support performance management, learning and development, workforce planning and organisational change.
Through practical examples and case studies, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to apply the framework within their own organisation and support the development of a more capable, agile and future-focused workforce.
