Current legislation, in particular the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, imposes statutory duties on those responsible for construction projects, including the duty to appoint a Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and all those involved in construction projects need to know the details of these roles to ensure they are carried out correctly.
This workshop will help enable those appointed as PSDP to carry out their statutory duties with the necessary understanding and skills. This workshop will cover all the essential statutory duties and competencies required of the project supervisor for the design process and will help you understand the key responsibilities of the role.
