Course Description

The consequences of an unsuccessful bid can have serious implications for a business’s financial health. This course will walk you through all stages of the bid / fund writing process so that you understand how to write good bids, how to get the best scores and best practice in the industry.  Bids and funding applications are usually subject to time, budget, and quality constraints, and you will learn what these are and how to work around them.

You will be given the knowledge and key skills for all aspects of tender management, including persuasive proposals, the evaluation process, the de-briefing process, post-tender negotiations and tender presentations.
