Course Description

Anyone who endures ongoing and excessive amounts of stress and unrelenting demands can be at risk of burnout, regardless of their profession.

People who are suffering from burnout may experience exhaustion (emotionally and mentally), Detachment and reduced performance rates.

Without interventions, burnout can lead to more serious feelings of apathy and worthlessness, so it is essential that we recognise the signs of burnout and those at risk to take control and improve wellbeing.
