This one day course is a comprehensive interactive training course designed for people who are responsible for analysing all types of incidents. This course will look at how to gather, use and present available in-house incident data to monitor and maintain your safety management system. Participants will be encouraged to bring their own anonymised incident data that will be the basis for their own analysis during the day.
The course is suitable for anyone involved in incident and accident response or analysis, who wish to gain a thorough understanding of the essential principles.

Identifying trends and patterns from incident data
Applying incident data to monitor and direct safety management
Visually presenting incident data in PowerPoint for report writing

On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance. Please note certificates are issued at the close of the training course to participants on completion of the course.
