Course Description

This course will provide attendees with a greater understanding and awareness of a wide range of mental wellbeing and health issues that come into the workplace and can affect people’s performance and overall engagement.In particular we will look at specific life events for an employee such as bereavement, chronic illness, miscarriage, medical treatment, IVF, menopause and other important events. We will set out the role of HR and the manager in supporting their staff at such a demanding time.  

All attendees will receive a full course pack to refer to and will have the benefit of learning from a tutor with a wealth of experience in this area.
