This 1 Day course builds on the skills gained from the Intro to Power BI course. Attendees will learn howto cleanse and manipulate data imported into Power BI using Power Query. They will also work with DAX to create calculations and measures and how to use these to create beautifully customised dashboards and reports.
On completion of the course attendees will have cleansed data with Power Query, used Dax to analyse data and created advanced Power BI visualisations.
All attendees will receive useful course notes to refer to at any time and have a chance to engage in an informative Q &A on the day.
· Attendees should have attended the Introduction to Power BI or are familiar with working with Power BI
· PowerBI Desktop needs to be downloaded beforehand.
· PowerBI Service is an add-on to an Office 365 license but can be accessed for a 60 day trial period here.
· It is ESSENTIAL you ownlaptop/computer with the required software installed (Microsoft Excel 2013 orlater).
