It will enable attendees to assess the significance and condition of the building and make decisions about which measures might be appropriate for use in a variety of circumstances.
During this course delegates will learn about the building regulations, support schemes, energy use and improvement opportunities as well as The National Energy Assessment Procedure (NEAP) and how part L&F of the building regulations impact how to achieve nZeb standards.
We will also take an in-depth look at the obligations set out by government for housing stock and best practice standards for new and retrofitting low energy building projects.

Part L 2021 & 2022 Update
This course has been designed for Building and Design professionals including, current Assigned Certifiers, Design Certifiers or Ancillary certifiers, as well as contractors, surveyors, architects, engineers, specialist contractors, local authority executives and technical managers, material manufacturers, suppliers to the building sector, government department officers with direct or indirect contact with the building and design sectors, industry associations, representative bodies, educators and regulators.
On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance. Please note certificates are issued at the close of the training course to participants on completion of the course.
