Aisling Mulligan BL is a practising barrister in the areas of Public Health and Social Care. She holds a masters from the Royal College of Surgeons in Healthcare ethics and Law, having graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Civil Law with a minor in philosophy. Aisling has a particular interest in “incapacity” and its effects on the rights of patient autonomy. Her area of specialty relates to the provision of services for those who lack capacity within the healthcare, education and residential services.
