Cathy has extensive relevant professional expertise having worked for many years as Corporate Services Manager in an academic teaching hospital and now holds an academic position in a Dublin university. Cathy has over 25 years’ experience as an educator, trainer, and researcher. She is an experienced lecturer where she has led and examined the Clinical Governance module on an MSc programme for over 10 years. She lectures extensively in Ireland and overseas. In 2015 she co-wrote a best practice guide Introducing the principles and key concepts of healthcare governance making her a perfect tutor.
