Lorcan is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specialising in contentious data protection matters as well as commercial, intellectual property and technology based litigation. Lorcan is a member of the firm’s Data Protection team and advises companies, not-for-profit organisations and state bodies on a broad range of data protection and privacy issues, including data protection litigation, regulatory investigations, international data transfers, contractual and policy assessments, data subjects’ rights, controller and processor obligations and freedom of information. He has also significant experience in advising clients through large-scale regulatory and protected disclosures investigations.
