Marc is a practising barrister specialising in criminal law. Since being called to the Bar in 2008, Marc has amassed significant trial experience and has also provided general advice to clients on how to deal with potential criminal and/or regulatory prosecutions. Marc has made several appearances on RTE, Newstalk and The Journal’s ‘Explainer’ Podcast talking about legal issues and is a part-time tutor of Criminal Practice and Procedure at King’s Inns. In addition to the Degree of Barrister-at-Law, Marc holds a primary degree in Philosophy & Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White Collar and Regulatory Crime from King’s Inns.
