Rachel Nolan is a HR specialist and Director of Elm Castle Consultancy Ltd. Rachel has over 15 years’ leadership experience and has an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Business – Leadership Practice, Strategy, Innovation and Change, from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. She is skilled in change management, industrial relations, employment law, communications, employee engagement, disciplinary & grievance procedures, workplace investigations, HRIS, performance management and HR policies. She has a proven track record of guiding many employers through complex legal situations which could have potentially exposed them to costly employment tribunals. She is passionate about creating an environment where employees are performing to the best of their ability. She holds a wealth of experience in both operational and strategic HR issues.
