Course Description

This one-day course will provide up to date guidance on the area of Competition Law, with particular focus on the Competition (Amendment) Act 2022, key elements of the law to consider when dealing with customers, and how does EU Competition Law really affect you.

The course will highlight the powers of the EU Commission, what they can do, and whether individuals can be held responsible. We will cover tricky issues such as price fixing, sharing markets, bid collusion, and will show real life examples of the consequences of including anti-competitive language in internal communication.

The course, is presented by a leading legal professional and will give you the opportunity to learn key elements, but also to get your questions answered, and receive a full course pack to refer back to.
