Course Description

Guidance, Policies and Procedures for Employers

All women will experience menopause, but no two experiences are the same. Without understanding or support, staff may lose confidence, take avoidable leave, suffer in silence, or even exit the workforce. This course ensures your workplace doesn’t become one of those environments.

This one-day interactive training equips employers, HR teams and managers with the knowledge and tools to respond compassionately, legally, and practically to menopause in the workplace.
