This one-day training course will provide participants with a clear and practical understanding of the full suite of Public Works Contracts (PW-CF1-PW-CF8).

Through expert-led discussion and real world examples, attendees will gain the knowledge and confidence to select the correct form of contract, whether you work in the public or private sector, this course will help you navigate the complexities of contract obligations, improve project delivery and ensure compliance with current OGP Standards, making it an essential for anyone involved in public construction projects in Ireland.

• Identify which form is most appropriate for a given project
• Understand key risk allocations and obligations under each contract
• Apply best practice in contract administration and dispute avoidance

Certification

On completion of this one-day training course, you will receive your Certificate of Attendance. Please note certificates are issued at the close of the training course to participants on completion of the course.
