Course Description

The new unified Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on The Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work has come into full effect.

This one day course will show you the legal aspects of bullying in the workplace, including how it is defined, legal requirements in dealing with bullying, and how to reduce legal liability. The course will also show you the management side, in order to prevent it happening, both formally and informally, essential lines of communication, and how to resolve the issue.

This course provides practical guidance for employers on identifying and preventing bullying at work from a highly experienced Barrister at law. All attendees will gain an opportunity to ask specific questions on how to resolve a wide range of issues. All attendees will also receive a full course pack which may prove invaluable after the course.
